Voor een paar dagen in Durres is het prima verblijf. Wij zouden de volgende keer een andere locatie zoeken. Positive: Voor de prijs is het een prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Negative: Constante guur van riolering in de badkamer en slaapkamer. 19 etage met een gammele lift. Verhuurder moeilijk bereikbaar.

Beautiful place and views. Toilets need to be checked and minor improvements required. Positive: The apartment was stunning and the views were beautiful. The host was lovely and the check in process was easy. Negative: The toilets had a smell, there were curtains that fell and were not replaced and the kitchen isn’t sufficiently stocked for making meals.

Negative: Faut attendre une dizaine de minute et parfois beaucoup plus pour que lassenceur arrive a votre etage

Positive: Grand appartement bien placé. Negative: Des gros travaux à l’étage du dessus, coupures d’eau et rideaux qui n’occultent pas dans la chambre.

Spacious modern apartment by Durres port Positive: The apartment was modern and spacious. Decorated well. TV in both rooms as well as the living room. 2 bathrooms so that was handy as we were a family of 4. The view of the sea and Durres port was stunning. Location is good it's right near Durres port and Ventus bridge/harbour. They ventus leisure centre has a swimming pool but was closed when we went. We were there end of July- beginning of August 2025. Negative: There were a couple of issues. The apartment was on the 19th floor (top floor). We stayed for 4 nights and on 2 occasions the lift was broken so we had to walk all the down with kids. On the second occasion the lift broke down whilst we were inside trapped. Luckily there was a couple trapped with us and the man managed to pull the door open. The other issue was there was no water at all in the building one morning. So not easy to cook or wash when you need to get a family ready. On all 3 occasions the issues were resolved quickly but we realised they happened frequently.
