Positive: Area, beach, swiming pool Negative: The air conditioning was not working in three of the rooms during our stay. We reported the issue immediately, and although a technician came to inspect it, no effective solution was provided. Instead, we were repeatedly told that the extreme heat meant the AC needed more time to cool the rooms. However, this was clearly not the case, as the units in those rooms were simply not functioning properly. As a result, we spent two days without proper air conditioning in most of the property. Only the unit in the living room was working correctly. This caused significant discomfort, especially given the high outdoor temperatures. We expected the accommodation to provide basic comfort and for maintenance issues to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, the way this problem was handled was disappointing and had a negative impact on our overall stay.
