Nice apartment, but the poor customer service and failure to provide timely assistance after a lockout ruined what shoul Positive: The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location close to the beach and local amenities. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Negative: Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. After we accidentally locked the room key inside the apartment, we contacted the property immediately. We were repeatedly told that someone was coming or that the key would be left in the lockbox, but neither happened. We were locked out of our room for almost 14 hours, from around 9:30 p.m. until approximately 11:30 a.m. the following day. During that time, I could not access our personal belongings, or the room we had paid for. I also contacted the emergency number provided via WhatsApp because but not response.

Pleasant stay in Duress near the beach Positive: Liked how close it was to the beach yet quiet at night. Spacious apartment with all amenities. Definitely recommend for a budget to Albania. The host was very responsive which helped us sort any queries and issues in a timely manner. Negative: The air conditioner was wonky in the room, which made us rely solely on the hall's AC. A water filter would have been really appreciated.

Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the space — especially the TV with all the streaming options, perfect for unwinding. What stood out most was how smooth and automated the whole process was. Whenever we needed anything, the replies were super fast. Really made the stay feel effortless. Negative: One small suggestion — it would be a nice touch to have slippers available in the room
