Slecht en teleurstellend Positive: De ligging Negative: Kregen geen schone handdoeken, nieuw wc papier. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Personeel sprak geen engels. Eigenaar slecht te bereiken. Beschuldigde ons van dingen die we niet gedaan hadden.

Positive: price was correct, location was great, room was clean Negative: Getting in was complicated; there was no way to tell from the Booking.com listing that prepayment was required before receiving the necessary information, and the photos were misleading—our room had absolutely no connection to the seafront promenade, offering neither a view nor access to any communal area facing it. The window looked out onto a wall and a construction site. The stairwell and corridors were disappointing. The price was very reasonable, though; we would have stayed there even if we had seen the actual photos beforehand, and then it wouldn't have been a disappointment.

Positive: So clean and modern - quick replies from host all the time. Only thing is the location is a little scary and looks a bit intimidating but overall great place

Great value for money and good location. Positive: Deceiving from the outside and lovely on the inside. Easy keyless access. Large bathroom. Clean. Modern facilities and extra seating instead of having to use the bed was much appreciated. Great location for access to the beach and choice of restaurants. Negative: Cleaners were only available during certain times so was a wait for the request for clean towels (+1 day) and we were accidentally left without toilet roll but the shops were close, so it was easily resolved.

Amazing!!! Positive: I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures if anything, it was even better in person. The team kindly decorated the space for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch, and even offered to clean everything up afterwards. The staff were amazing throughout, with excellent communication from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
