Zins Luxury Room 03

Good room Positive: We had a massive room, was clean but I say the bathroom needed a deep cleaning, had a smell to it that could have been better if better cleaning products were used Negative: Listed that had a pool, sunbed and umbrella free to use, beach towels provided but non of this was provided and the staff acted shocked and denied all these facilities that were listed on the ad. Not all staff were welcoming. Tended to speak to other several clients as the same time while trying to sort your problems. On the ad it said iron provided but when I asked for it no iron was provided and staff said they can’t provide an iron. I would rate my stay 3/5 needs improvements

Positive: The room was massive with a nice view and it was very relaxed peaceful and quiet Negative: Finding it was a bit difficult it took a while to figure out where it was

Positive: The room decor was clean and contemporary. It was spacious Negative: The building work view

Perfection Positive: It was beautiful and the service was great. Negative: No cups in my room.

Positive: סה"כ החדר עצמו טוב מאוד וגדול, מיטות נוחות. Negative: אם המלון נמצא באזור של בניה חייב לעדכן את האורח לפני שהוא סוגר חדר. משעה 07:00 עד עה 16:00 חפירות ועבודות בניין ללא הפסקה. בנוסף אחד האורחים ביקש קומקום מכיוון שחייב לאכול אוכל מותאם, לקח יותר מ 12 שעות עד שהגיע קומקום אפילו שצויין מראש שיש במקום קומקום.
