Nästa gång kommer vi bo här igen, fanns inget att klaga på. Positive: Rena, stora och fina rum. Stort badrum, vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Negative: Ingenting.

Meraviglioso! Da ripetere ! Positive: Struttura carina, pulita, economica vicino al centro. Andy è più che un manager! Una persona formidabile pronta ad ogni cosa per soddisfare i clienti. Ci ha aiutato in tutto e ogni nostra richiesta è stata accolta e soluzionata. Se torno a Durazzo di sicuro torno ad Ermes hotel perché non sono mai stata accolta così da nessuna parte del mondo! Grazie mille Andy e al suo staff!

Positive: We booked last minute because the first property did not meet our expectations. The staff were welcoming and ever ready to help. There were shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the promenade. We had to leave early on the first morning, before breakfast time, but the staff were kind enough to pack a small breakfast box for us. We enjoyed our short stay.

Horrible Positive: It vas clean but no toalet paper Negative: Terrible experience. We do not recommend staying here. There was no toilet paper in the room, the TV was not working, and the most shocking part was that the hotel’s main entrance was locked from the outside during the night. There was no staff member anywhere in the hotel. We were effectively trapped inside from 6:00 AM until 7:00 AM, when a receptionist finally arrived for the morning shift and unlocked the door. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. Avoid this hotel if you value basic service and guest safety.
