Grandstay Urban Eight

We had an amazing stay in Durres, i wish we could stay longer. I highly recommend Grand Stay apartment. Positive: The apartment is very modern and clean, great location. Negative: I liked everything about the property.

Positive: Super super logement. Explication génial pour l’arrivée au logement ainsi que pour le départ avec des videos. Petit point négatif sur le fait de ne pas pouvoir fermer le store en entier dans la chambre à cause de l’étendoir.

Overall, the unnecessary “quests” to get the keys and deal with parking completely ruin the experience. The whole proces Positive: The apartment itself is good — clean, well-equipped, and overall comfortable. Negative: The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and poorly organized. To get the keys, you’re required to deposit money into a safe and send a video to the owner. I followed the instructions and messaged the provided number, but was told someone else would contact me — which never happened. I sent multiple follow-up messages with no response. I even tried contacting via Booking, still no reply. Eventually, I had to find another number myself, and only then they asked me to send my ID. It took almost an hour just to get access to the apartment, which is unacceptable. Parking is also very difficult — hard to find a spot on the street, and paying €25 for 24 hours (as suggested) makes no sense for this location. Additionally, the apartment is very close to the road, and it’s noisy at night, making it hard to sleep.
