Positive: Ottima struttura, ottima pulizia. Consigliato.

Negative: Es war eine der schlechtestes Unterkünfte die wir in Albanien hatten. Es war nicht sauber. Die Duschrinne hat kein Wasser ablaufen lassen sodass nach kurzer Zeit das Bad komplett unter Wasser stand. In der Beschreibung ist angegeben dass es einen Pool gibt. Das ist nicht der Fall. Der Pool gehört zu dem Hotel welches in der selben Anlage ist. Irreführend! Auch wenn man bezahlen würde, werden einem keine Pool Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Des Weiteten ist es sehr schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, bzw. den Eingang dazu da es nicht ausgeschildert ist. In der Nacht ist es draußen auch ziemlich laut. Glücklicherweise haben wir dort nur eine Nacht verbracht.

Positive: Pokoje to wydzielone jedno piętro z kompleksu White Hill Hotel. Blisko może, cudowne widoki w okolicy, blisko do bulwaru w Durres gdzie tętni życiem wiele bardziej niż w pobliżu tego hotelu czy tych pokoi. Co do standardu - brak zastrzeżeń, czyściutko, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami o które można poprosić personel jak się skończą, można ocenić na super. Aczkolwiek jakbym miał jeszcze raz jechać w tamte strony to wybrał bym hotel bliżej bulwaru, gdzie są sklepy spożywcze, więcej restauracji i po prostu więcej się dzieje.

Positive: The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which immediately made our stay more comfortable. The housekeeping staff clearly puts effort into keeping everything tidy and fresh. The staff in general was also very friendly, welcoming, and polite throughout our stay. They were approachable whenever we had questions and always greeted us kindly, which created a nice atmosphere. Negative: However, there were also some disappointing points that should be mentioned. One of the main issues was that the hotel advertises the pool in its pictures, but nowhere beforehand is it clearly stated that access to the pool area requires an additional payment. We only found out upon arrival that it costs 3000 lek per person, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, beach/pool towels are not even provided, which makes the extra charge feel even less justified. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is currently a lot of construction going on around the area, so it can get noisy at times and it affects the overall experience. Lastly, we stayed for 3 nights and requested room cleaning every single day through the cleaning button/system provided, but our room was never cleaned during the entire stay. That was very disappointing, especially considering the otherwise good first impression of the hotel.
