Positive: On the evenings and most weekends when the construction stopped, the apartment was quiet and very nice. The owners provided a microwave and a clothes drying rack when we requested them (since they were in the listing along with a tumble dryer; by way of compensation, they also provided a discount. The apartment was otherwise well-equipped and very comfortable. Negative: Every weekday and sometimes on weekends, there was extremely loud construction in the building, making our apartment virtually unusable during the day for the entire month (mid-Feb to mid-Mar 2026). While it is not the fault of the apartment owners, it severely reduced our enjoyment. The listing for the apartment said there was a "tumble dryer", but there is not.

Bom lugar para ficar, só não ter esses dois azares que eu tive haha Positive: O apartamento é bem bonito e novo, tudo muito bem arrumado e funcional. Negative: O Wi-Fi não estava funcionando e a dona do apartamento não resolveu isso para mim, na madrugada do último dia a energia do apartamento caiu e não voltou mais.

Durrës Positive: L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, bien placé. La vue sur le théâtre antique. Negative: Malgré les équipements, il serait utile de proposer une éponge pour la vaisselle (il y avait le produit vaisselle) et éventuellement une ou deux doses de lessive et un étendoir. Il manquait une lampe de chevet dans la chambre, une télécommande pour la seconde télé. La porte fenêtre du balcon était difficile à fermer, ayant eu peur de ne pas réussir à la refermer une seconde de fois, nous ne l'avons pas rouverte. Le balcon n'est pas équipé. Les joints de la douche pourraient être refaits. Les toilettes fuient, la douche mériterait un bon nettoyage au vinaigre blanc. Certains locataires n'ont probablement pas fait attention aux murs, aussi il y a quelques "trous".
