Positive: Pulito, un letto comodo, temperatura confortevole, la struttura tenuta bene, lavori sembrano fatti da poco e con tanto gusto

Positive: Facilities were just built. Everything is extremely clean and the location is very near to the bus terminal. Perfect condition to explore the city

Negative: Listen carefully. I do NOT want to self-check-in. I do NOT want to learn how to use your credit card machine. I do NOT appreciate the website saying there is parking... but NOT telling me until later that it is an additional 10Euro. NET NET these are folks that have learned to program thing to make their lives easier... by making me do the work. You need to change your website to reflect the fact that I will have to do all the work in a language that I do not understand, in a city that I do not know. (I would chose something else) Put this in your focus groups and smoke it. respectfully, richard

Déçu, cher Negative: -pas de contact avec l'hôte , ne répond pas à mes mails en amont -à notre arrivée pas d'accueil, difficile davoir accès au logement, pas le choix sur les modalités de paiement sans etre informé en amont Très cher pour ce que c'est

Positive: Heart of Durres 5 mins walk from the bus station, would recommend a stay here Negative: Grandstay isn't the name on the door, took us a while to find it, had to get an English speaking person to ring them. But that is our only complaint.
