Decent location, but property needs upgrades. Positive: Location and spacious units Maintenance guy (Armendi) was very nice and helpful. Negative: Old, apartments were not occupied for long time.. and needed to air out. Seemed like they were abandoned apartments even though inside weren’t so bad

Cenovno ugodno in udobno bivanje, a z omejitvami Positive: Hiša je čista, prostorna in udobna. Negative: Zdi se, da hiše, odkar je bila zgrajena, nobeden zares ne vzdržuje, saj v njej razpada bolj kot ne vse, česar se dotakneš - od pip do stolov in vrat. Če bi bili lastniki, bi nas to precej bolj skrbelo ... Kuhinja je slabo opremljena, tako da je težko kaj skuhati. V hiši so mravlje, talno ogrevanje pa deluje še preveč dobro - znotraj je bilo vedno več kot 25 ali celo 27 stopinj. Globalni problem so pa seveda smeti - odvreči jih ni mogoče nikamor, o čemer pričajo tudi kupi smeti na (slabi) dovozni cesti do hiše.

Positive: We stayed in Brezovica, Kosovo to go skiing and rented the house through Booking from Kosovo Rentals House. The house was very clean, warm, and spacious. Everything was perfect. There was a fireplace inside the house, which made our stay especially cozy and enjoyable. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and attentive — truly beyond expectations. He was so generous that he even treated us to a meal. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Positive: Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage in Brezovica ist traumhaft ruhig, umgeben von Natur, und ideal zum Abschalten. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Negative: Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Overall we had fun, because we had a really good company. Positive: We as a group of people really liked the location. It was near the ski center and good for parking the car so in the winter time visitors dont have to walk miles to get to the car. The villa was build in a modern style. The living room had a little space but it was comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable to sleep. Negative: We styed for one night and from 8 pm to 5 am we had no electricity. We didnt like the kitchen. Even if it was build in a modern style still it lacked all the supplies it can have. To begin with knifes, forks, a baking tray, teakettle, teacups, shampoo, ingredients for food etc. The bathrooms were not clean, it didnt have trashcans inside, shampoos for showering and shampoos to clean hands. The water was cold for shower. We could see spider webs in every corner of the villa, bathrooms too.
