A Five-Star Experience! Positive: Our family had an exceptional stay at Kosova Vacation Rentals in Brezovica. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, quick, and hassle-free, making us feel welcome right away. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the privacy and security of the property, which made our stay even more relaxing and comfortable. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. Non conforme à la description. Positive: Le calme et la nature Negative: On a loué une maison avec bain à remous et donc un supplément de prix d'environ 60€. Le bain à remous n'allait pas et on est venu dépanner le lendemain. Mais le problème plus embêtant est que le chauffe eau n'est pas prévu pour remplir une baignoire. ⅓ d'eau chaude seulement. Donc impossible de faire fonctionner ce bain à remous. La salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée correctement et le propriétaire a juste dit qu'il pouvait envoyer une équipe pour nettoyer ce qui nous aurait embêté pdt notre séjour. J'aurais accepter qu'il nous rembourse la différence du prix du logement avec et sans bain à remous. Ce qu'il n'était pas prêt de faire. Je sujs déçue du peu de geste commercial de la part du propriétaire. Je ne recommande pas ce logement surtout pour le manque d'empathie. Autrement, le logement en lieu même est spacieux et lumineux. Les lits sont très confortables.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Positive: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal und ruhig, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Negative: Es gibt nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Alles hat meinen Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen.

Positive: The villa was wonderful. It was very well organized and clean. The fireplace in the living room and the boiler kept the entire property warm on cold winter days. We could find everything we needed in the villa. Negative: The villa was not on the main road, but rather a little further in, next to a stream and near many other villas. The road was slightly damaged, but a small car could still reach it.
