Outstanding hospitality and genuinely caring staff—we would gladly recommend this hotel. Positive: The hotel offered good value for its category, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were always kind, responsive and incredibly helpful. When my mother became unwell, they took wonderful care of me and my mother with genuine compassion. Their humanity made all the difference, and we’re truly grateful. Negative: Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations for this type of hotel.
