Very good apartment. I would 100% recommend it. Positive: The apartment is right by the beach. The beach adjacent to the apartment building is free and wasn't busy when I was there. There are shops at street level of the building. The balcony view is decent and overlooks the city It's quiet at night There is air-conditioning which you definitely need Negative: Just some leakage from the bathroom sink which created a bad odour in the room but I'm sure it'll be easy for the owner to fix. Could also include small items like sugar and salt and a bit more washing powder. Having said this it was easy to buy it from downstairs.

Super Positive: Bliskość do morza i lokalizacja obiektu. Negative: Jedynym minusem był brak odpowiedniej ilości kubków, a tak to wszystko było super.

Positive: Groot ruim appartement Negative: Communicatie kan beter. Eerst kreeg ik een bericht met alle instructies, daarna een tegenstrijdig bericht via Whatsapp... Als je geen wifi/4G hebt kan je dus niet inchecken want alles wordt via Whatsapp doorgestuurd. Wij reisden met 4, waarbij geen bedden voor de kinderen voorzien waren. Daarna hebben ze dit snel proberen regelen waarbij we plots met 4 in 1 kamer moesten slapen. Ons jongste dochter van 5 moest in een babybed slapen... Terwijl er normaal een zetelbank in de living moest zijn!

Positive: Best position you can get im Durrës, worth every cent . The apartment was clean and had everything you could need . I totally recommend
