Nice apartment, but the poor customer service and failure to provide timely assistance after a lockout ruined what shoul Positive: The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location close to the beach and local amenities. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. Negative: Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. After we accidentally locked the room key inside the apartment, we contacted the property immediately. We were repeatedly told that someone was coming or that the key would be left in the lockbox, but neither happened. We were locked out of our room for almost 14 hours, from around 9:30 p.m. until approximately 11:30 a.m. the following day. During that time, I could not access our personal belongings, or the room we had paid for. I also contacted the emergency number provided via WhatsApp because but not response.

Nice quiet stay in busy Durres Positive: Nice apartment a short walk from the beach. Worked very well for us after finishing our cycling trip. It was possible to cycle to the ferry terminal. The apartment was in a quiet area. Negative: The view but that’s normal in a built up area.
