Negative: The staff was not customer friendly. The payment procedure was very complicated. The tv didn't work any tv channels or any movies. The wi-fi didn't work It was very disappointing Choice!

Positive: Heart of Durres 5 mins walk from the bus station, would recommend a stay here Negative: Grandstay isn't the name on the door, took us a while to find it, had to get an English speaking person to ring them. But that is our only complaint.

Temiz güzel ve yeni. Positive: Konumuna dizaynına rahatlığına diyecek bir şey yok. Negative: 38 euronun içine kahvaltı dahil olmaması biraz üzücü. İnternetle ilgili çok sorun yaşadım yüksek hızlı internete sahip olduklarını belirtmelerine rağmen. Kendi imkanlarım hallettim.

Terrible staff, terrible procedures, room not clean Positive: It was spatious Negative: There’s no parking. They tell you you have to pay 10€/day. The room was full of long hairs everywhere, mostly in the bathroom. The vending machine in the hall mostly doesn’t work, they promised compensation which they never gave me. On the check in day I had to wait half an hour in the sun because they forgot to send me the code to open the door. I also had to turn on their POS and pay for the room before entering. The WiFi never worked during all the stay. They also promised to fix it the day after.
