Modern, clean hotel in a perfect location Positive: The hotel feels brand new, with very clean, modern, and fresh interiors. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our stay. There was also air conditioning available, although we didn’t need to use it. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming :) Breakfast was a highlight for me. There was a wide variety of options, including plenty suitable for vegetarians, which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent: most of the main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Negative: We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, although they might not be an issue for everyone :) The room was missing a kettle along with coffee and tea, which would have made the stay more comfortable (although it was nice that bottled water was provided daily during cleaning). The bathroom could benefit from a curtain or divider in the shower to prevent water from splashing across the space. Since breakfast is served in the hotel cafe, which is also open to the public, it can get quite crowded during peak hours and it may be difficult to find a table. There was also no tea included in the breakfast (it is available for purchase at the cafe). Additionally, smoking is allowed inside the cafe area. We went for coffee one afternoon and the space had a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which made it less enjoyable. It can also be an issue if you're with children. Guests with disabilities or limited mobility should be aware that the elevator does not stop on all levels. It starts on a half-floor and does not reach certain areas, which could be inconvenient.
